1. Sponsor
The Heritage Loan Company 5-Year Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Heritage Loan Company, 1099 N. Alma School Rd., Chandler, Arizona 85224 (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is offered solely by Heritage Loan Company and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Heritage Manufacturing, Magtech, Walker’s, Savior Equipment, Sheffield, or any other prize manufacturer.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon), Arizona time (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received by 12:00 PM on October 31, 2026 to be eligible.
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing at approximately 1:00 PM on October 31, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
To receive the firearm portion of the prize, the selected winner must be legally eligible to receive and possess the firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and must successfully complete the required firearm-transfer process.
Employees of Heritage Loan Company and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry Limit
Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries per person, per week, regardless of the entry method or combination of methods used.
Using multiple entry methods does not increase the maximum number of entries permitted during a week.
Entries exceeding the weekly maximum will not provide additional chances of winning.
Each valid entry will receive equal consideration in the final random drawing.
5. Ways to Enter
Participants may obtain entries during the Giveaway Period through the following methods, subject to the maximum of two entries per person, per week.
Qualifying Purchase or Layaway Payment: Make a qualifying purchase or layaway payment of $100 or more at Heritage Loan Company to receive one entry.
Weekly Anniversary Sticker: Purchase the featured limited-edition $10 Heritage anniversary sticker for the applicable week to receive one entry.
Instagram Secret Word — No Purchase Necessary: Find the week’s secret word through Heritage Loan Company’s Instagram and bring the correct secret word into Heritage Loan Company during the applicable weekly entry period to receive one free entry.
Weekly Trivia — No Purchase Necessary: Find the week’s trivia question on Heritage Loan Company’s Facebook page or website and bring the correct answer into Heritage Loan Company during the applicable weekly entry period to receive one free entry.
No purchase is required to obtain the maximum two entries available per person each week. An eligible participant may obtain both weekly entries through the no-purchase entry methods.
A purchase does not permit an entrant to exceed the two-entry weekly limit and does not provide entries of greater value or weight than entries obtained without purchase.
All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will receive the Heritage Loan Company 5-Year Anniversary Prize Bundle, with a total approximate retail value of over $1,200.
The prize bundle includes:
- Heritage Manufacturing Model 92 lever-action rifle
- .44 Magnum
- 24-inch octagon barrel
- Brown Savior Equipment rifle case
- 250 rounds of Magtech .44 Special, 240-grain LFN ammunition — five 50-round boxes
- Walker’s Razor Slim electronic earmuffs
- Sheffield ammunition box
Only the items specifically identified above constitute the prize.
Decorations and other items appearing in promotional photographs or artwork—including cakes, candles, confetti, tables, furniture, displays, props, and backgrounds—are not part of the prize.
Prize components shown in promotional artwork may be depicted or arranged for advertising purposes.
No cash alternative is available.
If a non-firearm prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable or greater value where permitted by law.
7. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random at approximately 1:00 PM Arizona time on October 31, 2026, from all eligible entries received by the 12:00 PM entry deadline.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of initial notification.
Failure to respond within 48 hours, failure to verify eligibility, inability to accept the prize, failure to satisfy the firearm-transfer requirements, or violation of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
If the potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Firearm Eligibility & Background Check
The firearm will remain in the possession and inventory of Heritage Loan Company until it is lawfully transferred to the verified winner.
The selected winner must personally complete all firearm-transfer requirements applicable at the time of transfer, including ATF Form 4473 and the applicable background-check process, unless a lawful exception applies.
ATF states that an FFL must determine whether an unlicensed transferee may lawfully receive a firearm before completing the transfer and must initiate the applicable background check.
The winner must provide acceptable government-issued identification and satisfy all applicable federal, Arizona, and local requirements governing receipt and possession of the firearm.
Selection as the potential winner does not guarantee that the firearm can legally be transferred to that individual.
If the potential winner is prohibited from receiving or possessing the firearm, is denied or otherwise cannot successfully complete the required transfer process, fails to provide required identification, or otherwise cannot lawfully receive the firearm, the firearm will not be transferred and the potential winner will be disqualified.
Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner.
ATF guidance specifically addresses prize/raffle firearms transferred by an FFL and provides that the winner completes Form 4473 and undergoes the applicable NICS process before transfer.
9. Ammunition
The prize includes 250 rounds of Magtech .44 Special ammunition as described in Section 6.
The winner must be legally eligible to possess the ammunition under applicable law.
Sponsor will not deliver ammunition to a person who is legally prohibited from possessing it.
10. Prize Acceptance
The prize is awarded to the verified winner and may not be transferred or assigned to another person before lawful delivery.
The winner is responsible for any taxes, transportation costs, expenses, or other obligations associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly identified as being provided by Sponsor.
The prize is awarded as is. Heritage Loan Company makes no additional warranties regarding products manufactured by third parties. Any applicable manufacturer’s warranty remains subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
11. Entry Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries.
Any attempt to obtain entries through fraud, falsification, manipulation, multiple identities, automated means, duplicate submissions, or circumvention of the weekly entry limit may result in disqualification.
Sponsor may invalidate entries reasonably determined to have been obtained in violation of these Official Rules.
12. Winner Announcement & Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Heritage Loan Company to use the winner’s first name, photograph, likeness, and general city of residence in connection with reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway without additional compensation.
The winner may be asked to participate in photographs or other reasonable promotional content announcing the winner.
13. Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that information relating to their entry is being provided to Heritage Loan Company and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from claims arising from or related to participation in this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Prize Manufacturer Disclaimer
Heritage Manufacturing, Magtech, Walker’s, Savior Equipment, Sheffield, and any other manufacturers whose products are included in the prize bundle are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.
All trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal or regulatory changes, events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially interfere with the integrity, security, fairness, or lawful administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway must be terminated before the scheduled conclusion, Sponsor may select a winner by random drawing from eligible entries received before termination, if lawful and appropriate under the circumstances.
16. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Heritage Loan Company and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
17. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations resulting from receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
18. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Arizona except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Acceptance of Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, eligibility of entries, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
